Description
The Pullman is Denver’s newest transcendent, mixed-use development in the Union Station
neighborhood. Bringing new meaning to transit-oriented communities the
387,382 sq. ft. high-rise apartment building providing 168 luxury residential units, a guest suite, amenity
spaces, and 3,470 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail. The development is served by a 93,977 sq. ft. two-level
below-grade parking structure with 208 spaces and two loading docks adjoining an existing service drive.
To achieve unparalleled transparency and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and the Denver
skyline, the Mulhern Group designed the Pullman with high-end corners by deleting corner columns and
creating a double cantilever design in the 8” post-tensioned concrete slab system. The building was
constructed with over 17,000 cy of concrete and 2200+ pieces of exterior glass to achieve the effect of
lightness and reflection. Concrete construction started in July of 2017 and finished in August 2018.
